Bengals vs. Commanders Injury Report: Higgins and Jenkins limited, Hill and Rankins out

The Cincinnati Bengals are‍ preparing for their⁣ upcoming Monday⁣ Night Football game against the Washington Commanders after starting⁢ the season with two losses. ⁣The injury report for the Bengals shows ‍some positive​ news, but there are still some concerning absences.⁣ Quarterback ​Joe Burrow was listed with a right wrist injury but participated⁢ fully in practice.⁤ Wide receiver Tee Higgins, who has been dealing with a ⁢hamstring injury, returned to⁢ practice and is expected to ‌make his season debut on​ Monday night. Rookie defensive tackle Kris Jenkins also returned to practice‌ with his hand in a club-style‌ wrap,⁤ and his progress will be ‌evaluated throughout ‍the week. Offensive tackle Amarius Mims was limited⁣ in practice due to a pectoral ⁢injury.

On ⁣the other hand, defensive⁤ tackles B.J. Hill and Sheldon Rankins missed ​Thursday’s practice due to hamstring ⁤injuries, and it⁣ is uncertain if they will be available ⁣for ⁤Week ⁢3. Tanner Hudson ‌is also recovering from a knee ⁤injury ‌suffered in Week ⁤1 and did not participate in practice. Safety Vonn Bell ‌and tight end Mike ‌Gesicki were both limited⁤ but not considered major concerns.

As for the Washington Commanders,⁣ defensive end Clelin ‍Ferrell, Emmanuel ⁤Forbes, and Jer’Zhan ​Newton ‍were all absent from Thursday’s practice ‌due to various injuries.
